COPING AND TEACHING PROFESSIONAL FATIGUE IN VIRTUAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the stress and professional burnout suffered by teachers in virtual teaching. Therefore, the need arises to address this aspect and try to examine the factors that produce this professional burnout. To achieve this objective, specialized literature has been reviewed, which delves into this valuable aspect during this unusual moment. Current education is reviewed: interculturality and intraculturality in Peruvian society. In addition, the existence of stress and teacher professional burnout is discussed: reality or myth. We see the experience, professional performance, virtual teaching and coping proposals are presented. Based on the data collected in this document, it is intended to analyze teaching work and provide proposals to face this indispensable factor in the context of education in general.
