FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF CONTRACEPTIVE METHODS AMONG ADOLESCENTS IN THE DISTRICT OF POMABAMBA- ANCASH, PERÚ 2021

Abstract
The present research study deals with the study of administrative innovation policies and strategic direction, having as its object the analysis of administrative innovation policies and their relationship with strategic direction, formulating the hypothesis: There is a relationship between administrative innovation policies and strategic direction at the University of Moquegua; it is the contrast which has followed a methodology according to the purposes, conceptualizing the variables and their dimensions, considering that the research is quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional. The study sample was determined in a simple random manner.
According to the purposes of the work, two data collection instruments were applied, a questionnaire on administrative innovation policies and a questionnaire on strategic management, validated by expert judgment, and an acceptable level of reliability (r=87.5%) and (r=94.9%), respectively, values obtained through the internal consistency method Cronbach's Alpha, in the SPSS software.
As results, there is a significant relationship between administrative innovation policies and strategic management at the National University of Moquegua, obtaining a value p<0.05; with a coefficient r=0.711 according to Pearson's R test, for a significance level of 5%, which indicates that making an improvement in Administrative Innovation Policies, leads to a better Strategic Management, according to the perception of public servants.
