Educational Management and Quality of Strategy Learning at Home in Time of Pandemic

Abstract
The COVID 19 pandemic spread so fast around the world that the number of victims increased every day without stopping. When the compulsory social distancing in our country was decreed through the quarantine, it affected the educational system. Faced with this new reality, the Ministry of Education implemented the Learning at Home strategy to prevent thousands of students from losing the school year; the objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the management and the educational quality of the I learn at home strategy. It is a quantitative, nonexperimental research of applied type, cross-sectional correlational design, with a population of 354 teachers of public educational institutions of the community of Manchay, with a sample of 106 teachers; the technique used was the survey and as an instrument the questionnaire was used with 25 questions for the variable educational management and 15 for the variable educational quality, of the 106 surveys carried out, it was determined that there is a moderate, direct and significant correlation between the management and the educational quality of the I learn at home strategy in the public institutions Manchay, having obtained a r of Pearson equal to 0,489.
